Why a membership instead of paying for one session?
The Legacy Family Membership makes it easier to prioritize family photos without the larger one-time investment. Instead of trying to remember to book each year, your membership keeps your family's memories on the calendar, gives you exclusive perks, and locks in your pricing while your membership remains active. It's a simple way to ensure this season of life is documented before it becomes a memory.
The Legacy Family Membership isn't about saving money. It's about making sure another year never slips by without documenting your family.
Instead of trying to remember to book every fall, your family's story becomes something we intentionally preserve year after year.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your membership with at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. Membership fees are non-refundable, and any unused benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.
When do I get my family session?
Your included annual Family Session becomes available after you've completed six consecutive monthly membership payments. Once eligible, you can schedule your session at any time while your membership remains active and in good standing.
How do Birthday Club Sessions work?
Birthday Club Sessions are available immediately after enrollment for active members with children ages 5 and under. These mini sessions are held on select dates throughout the year and are available up to three times per calendar year. Simply choose a date that works for your family and reserve your spot when booking opens.
When does billing start?
Your first payment is processed when you join The Legacy Family Membership. Future payments are automatically charged each month on the same date through your secure Stripe subscription.
What if I move?
No problem! If you move within my service area, we'll simply choose a new location for your session. If you're outside my included travel radius, a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) will apply. If you relocate outside the area I serve, your membership may still remain active, but you'll be responsible for traveling to my service area or covering applicable travel costs.

- All membership payments are non-refundable.
- Membership fees are billed monthly through automatic subscription via Stripe. Members are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.
- Membership benefits, including annual sessions and Birthday Club sessions, are only available to accounts that are active and in good standing at the time of booking and at the time of the scheduled session.
- To be eligible to redeem the included annual session, members must complete a minimum of six (6) consecutive paid monthly membership payments.
- If a membership is canceled, paused, or becomes inactive for any reason, all unused benefits are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or reinstated.
- If a payment fails, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought current. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be canceled at the discretion of Elicia Wilson Photography.
